What I Do
“For me, real estate is not a job, it’s a passion I discovered after the purchase of my first home in Wakefield in 2007.”
My husband grew tired of moving every couple years, so he suggested that I get my real estate license and help others buy and sell, so that’s exactly what I did. After working as an agent for two years, I studied for the brokers exam and became licensed as a real estate Broker. I also obtained my New Hampshire real estate license and subsequently became a New Hampshire Broker. I didn’t just buy and sell our homes, I renovated them. This gave me a greater understanding of systems, maintenance and repair. This knowledge is an asset for buyers negotiating a sale and with sellers to identify and correct problems proactively before listing. Renovating my own homes has helped me build a network of professionals that I know, like, and trust. When you work with me, my network becomes yours. My genuine love for the process means that I’m not just telling you what needs to be done, I’m hands on and assist with everything from staging and painting to hiring contractors and facilitating Title V inspections, water testing, smoke inspections and clean outs.
The real estate expertise and life experience I offer my clients is a winning combination. I know first hand the stresses that come with buying and selling and I have tailored my approach to alleviate those stress points and help my clients enjoy the process as much as I do.
